And he said to them: Go ye into the whole world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized, shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be condemned. And these signs shall follow them that believe: In my name they shall cast out devils: they shall speak with new tongues. They shall take up serpents; and if they shall drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them: they shall lay their hands upon the sick, and they shall recover.

Prayer Reflection

Dear Father it is a great hope that the world will believe in you and your Son Jesus. For them to be baptized by faith, that they may be saved. Your hope for mankind. The apostles were the first to be sent out to proclaim the good news, the first ones to receive the Holy Spirit and the one's who have done great things. We have throughout time come to imitate your Son, to do as he did. Bring healing, deliverance for many. Faith in you brings us hope that we too can go out into the world and bring many back home to you. Can we be your disciples too dear Father where we can do amazing things in your Sons name. For love and hope of the world. Amen
