Forgiveness

In todays Gospel reading of Mark 2:1-12, we come across an example of faith. A faith strong enough to conquer any barrier in order to get close to Jesus, then to be told their sins are forgiven. This was Jesus' way of letting us know that this persons sins were paralyzing them. He knows more than we do what ails us. He just proved it to the scribes, that he knew in his mind, what they were thinking to themselves.
By knowing this about Jesus, one would think about keeping their thoughts clean. Not going around thinking about who does what to whom, or to wonder why this one has more than that one. Our thoughts have always been known to our Lord. If we truly want healing then we need to first begin with how we think. This is his revelation for us, that he knows all. It is why he has forgiven sins, and knows our hearts. God Bless
