The Trinity

Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father,
and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 28:19

Why would Jesus tell his apostles to do this if there was no Father and Holy Spirit. Since he himself is part of this too. Then he would not be in existence either. But he was there and there are witnesses to this. There are witnesses all through the Bible to this. So why are we looking everywhere else for what we have been given. When we are baptized we are baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. So too when we bless ourselves we do so the same way. At the end of the celebration of the Eucharist we are sent out in the same fashion.

When a marriage is blessed it is done in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, that is why it is sacred, and today we attempt to bless a union of the same sexes. The people are good the act is sinful, it destroys the promotion of life. It is not a blessing, yet we seek to have it blessed.

The Trinity is a union of three Divine persons. They are tangible, they dwell within us. We are blessed with and by them. Our life is not whole without them. To know the Trinity is to know love, in the highest sense. We often don't understand this either how they can be one, when they are three. When a husband and wife are joined they become one in spirit, when they have children they expand their spirit to become part of the one. We are all part of the body yet we are many parts that make us a whole. So it is with the Trinity. Out of one we have three.

When I look at the picture that shows me the Trinity from the Lamb. I do not have to wonder if it's real. I see the body of the lamb, from the lambs body I see a face and in that face there are two other faces. Below one is the number five and below the other is the infinity symbol. This I do not doubt for a minute is the Trinity. For they are three made one. I thank God for allowing me to see this and to share it with others. His proof.
